Can only amplify what everyone has already said in previous reviews. Julie & Jonathan are such lovely kind people and we felt instantly relaxed leaving for our holiday. Mavis & Rona were loved and cared for as their own, we received regular updates, photos and videos and our house was beautifully clean and tidy on our return. Who could ask for more? If you do get the opportunity to ask for their help with your pets, you will certainly not be disappointed…massive thanks again to you both x

Julie and Jonathan are very friendly and professional and our 2 dogs, one quite elderly, received excellent care whilst we were away. We were regularly updated with photos and videos and seeing our dogs so happy was very reassuring. They also took care of our house leaving it clean and tidy.

Jonathon and Julie looked after our 2 dogs while we were away for 2 weeks. They were absolutely wonderful: friendly, professional and very caring. They also sent us frequent messages and pictures. The house was just as we left it and they even left us some milk in the fridge. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Julie and Jonathan. From the moment they arrived it was clear that they are extremely experienced house sitters and very comfortable looking after dogs. They are a lovely and friendly couple. They looked after our two dogs, Roxy and Ella, superbly. We were kept updated throughout our time away with plenty of photos and videos, which was great. On our return, we found two very happy and content dogs and our house had been left beautifully clean and tidy. We would love to have Julie and Jonathan back anytime and cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you both.

It was honestly such a pleasure to have Julie and Jonathan back again to care for Olly while we were away. They are such genuine, lovely people who make leaving your home that much easier. I’m sure Olly remembered them from previous sits too. Once again we had plenty of pupdates of Olly living his best life both enjoying company and cuddles at home & out and about. They even got his paddling pool out which he adores! Our apartment was spotless when we got back, including linens and towels washed which is a real godsend after a long trip away. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them for any sits & hope to have them back again next time they’re in Australia. Thank you & safe travels on your next adventure!

Julie and Jonathan are a really lovely and caring couple. They were very organised and understanding regarding looking after our boy Darcy, who loved them very quickly which doesn’t happen often. Having done many sits before they knew the questions to ask to make sure everything was good to go before we headed off on our holiday. They looked after our home beautifully and communicated with us really well. Sending photos to us and updates with how everything was going at home and reassuring us that Darcy was going ok and settling in well. We would definitely feel comfortable having them sit for us again and highly recommend them to anyone in the future. Darcy is going to miss them lots.

Julie and Johnathon are amazing pet sitters. Our dog, Bobby was so excited to see them back for a 2nd sit. They care for him like he is their doggie, taking him for his walks and beach runs, which he loves. Our house was immaculate too, which we really appreciate. Bobby is missing them. We were so lucky to have Julie & Jonathan back (for the fourth time)! As soon as they messaged saying they were available it was a no brainer to accept them – they really are such wonderful pet and house sitters. It is obvious how much they care for the pets they’re minding. We had plenty of pupdates and pictures! We were confident Olly was getting plenty of attention – maybe even more than we give him sometimes haha. Our apartment was also so beautifully clean when we returned, including the linen washed which is an extra bonus to come home to. Thank you again guys, would love to have you back in future!

Their many 5-star reviews and all the lovely photos with different pets gave us confidence that they truly love the animals — and when we met them, I knew straight away our doggies would be in great hands. Well what can I say about Julie & Johnathon, absolutely 5 stars for everything. They followed our requests to the letter and were so obliging with everything. Our house was immaculate on our arrival home, and we were even treated to a lovely home cooked dinner, which was vey welcome after our long day of travel. The most important thing was, that Bobby was so comfortable with them from the very first day. He loved his trips to the beach and his daily walks. They treated him as their own, and he was a little lost when they left. He kept looking for them in the courtyard, where they used to sit with him. We received lots of photos, videos, and updates while we were away, which was great. Julie & Johnathon were absolutely amazing, would love to have them back anytime, and we can’t thank them enough.

Julie and Jonathan were awesome pet sitters. Rosie my cavoodle was absolutely smitten with them both. They looked after her like she was their own. Rosie loved the trips to the beach and the walks around home. She ate all her meals and didn’t fret like she has done in the past when I have gone away. I was sent photos and videos every day. It was so lovely to see Rosie enjoying herself and being loved and cared for so well. I highly recommend Julie and Jonathan as outstanding Housesitters.

It was perfect timing that Julie and Jonathan were able to come and care for Olly again between 2 of their other sits, they are such lovely people. After 2 years I think Olly remembered them and warmed to them straight away 🙂 We were away with no phone signal and were completely confident that that Olly was in the best hands. It is clear they genuinely love animals and ask plenty of questions to make sure to follow your pets routine best they can. A bonus was how our apartment was clean and the sheets changed, making coming home that bit easier. Thank you again guys, hopefully see you soon, Olly misses you already!

Julie and John are absolutely Housesitters you can trust. This was my first time using the service and I was a little apprehensive leaving my gorgeous Basil in Sydney whilst I spent a month overseas. But I have to say, I didn’t need to worry about a thing. From start to finish, Julie and John were super lovely, super professional and put me at ease. We had a great initial zoom call, followed by a meet & greet with Basil before the big day arrived. Julie and John came over to see me leave and ensure Basil was happy and settled and from then on I think they all had a love affair. I’m not sure Basil even cared I was gone haha. What was great, was getting regular communication, photos and updates so I could see Basil was doing well. Julie & John gave him his daily medication and food with no problem at all and I could see he was doing well in my absence. Basil was very happy to see me when I arrived home and I was happy to walk into my apartment just as spotless as when I left it. Julie and John really do take care of your home and your pet as if it’s their own and you can feel the love they bring into the environment. It really was a brilliant first experience for me and Basil and one I’d happily do again. I hope everyone is as loving, caring and diligent as these two lovely people. Thank you so much J&J – it meant I could have a great holiday without any worry about Basil and come back to a lovely clean home and I did.

Julie and Jonathan were amazing sitters for our two cats Moe and Barney. We received regular updates, pictures, and videos of our two boys and we felt so at ease while we were away. The cats took to them straight away and it wasn’t soon after they arrived that we received pictures of them snuggling together. Julie and Jonathan were also very self sufficient and very responsive. They left the house spotless and followed all our instructions. We can tell our boys are already missing them. We would recommend them to any sitter! Thanks again Julie and Jonathan! We have not left our little dog before. We were anxious to ensure that he was looked after and kept safe while we were away. Our dog was immediately at ease with Jonathan and Julie. We could see from the photos and videos they sent us that he was having a great time. When we returned the house was in good order. It was exactly as we left it. I cannot recommend Julie and Jonathan enough. They are absolutely fantastic. Firstly they took time out of their own holiday to meet us via WhatsApp video call, and then when they were back home they spent a couple of hours getting to know us, the house and the dogs. We have 3 dogs, all different ages, breeds, personalities and energy levels! (One of them was a very new addition who was a rescue and they were so understanding with him) They were amazing with all 3 and took them on lots of lovely walks and sent us photos/videos whilst we were away so we could see them enjoying their holiday whilst we were on ours. We will most definitely be booking them again in the future. As an added bonus the house was spotless when we returned home! Thank you both so much.

Julie and Jonathan were AMAZING and I know out Boxer Kika thought the same! We met Julie and Jonathan before they stayed in our home with Kika which was so lovely. The minute we met them we knew they would be perfect. Julie and Jonathan are kind, caring, thoughtful, professional, friendly and extremely trustworthy. We were very very happy leaving our pup as we knew they would love and care for Kika as if she were their own. Jonathan & Julie have sat for us a number of times now and if we could give more than 5 stars we would. Beautiful couple, very friendly and absolutely adored our pets. We try them everytime we go away and sadly havent managed to get back as yet as they have been off travelling the world, hopefully when they return. Comminication through all the sits was second to none, photos of our pets having a lovely time visiting the beaches nearby and cuddling up on the sofa with both Jon and Julie. I loved getting the little ‘pupdates’ whilst we were away knowing our pets were loved and cared for makes leaving them totally stressfree. Our house has always been spotless when we returned too and flowers watered if needed, they both go above and beyond to look after your property and your pets. I cant recommend them enough, the only downside is not being able to book them first for our trips!! One day soon though (everything is crossed!). xx

We chose Julie and Jonathan to take care of our pooch for 2.5 weeks whilst we were in France, as they seemed like such caring dog-lovers. We were very anxious about leaving Barclay as he had been seriously unwell and had been hospitalised for 10 days and was recovering well, but required a lot of medication. As soon as we met Julie and Jonathan we felt that we were leaving him in good hands, and they gave Barclay the best care we could have ever hoped for. They had to give him a cocktail of tablets twice a day, and sent us regular updates and videos of them turning his tablet-time into treats and cuddle time; which he absolutely loved. He had also developed a small skin infection on his paw just as we were going away, and they were bathing it and administering the cream to it twice a day. Barclay was not an easy “sit” because of his medication, but Julie and Jonathan adored him and gave him all their love, care and attention. All our anxieties around leaving him completely disappeared, and we were able to enjoy our family holiday knowing that we could not have left Barclay with more capable and caring sitters. They gave us regular updates, and sent some beautiful photos and videos of Barclay looking totally happy and relaxed. I would love to use them again to care for Barclay, and would have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone in the Trusted Housesitter community.

Julie and Jonathan were as good Housesitter’s as it is possible to find. I cannot recommend them more highly. Clyde, our cat, clearly adored them. They sent regular updates during their stay, even a little video of him. We arrived back to find our house cleaner and tidier than it was when we left. If you ever have the opportunity to have them look after your house and pet grab it – they are a charming couple, utterly reliable and highly efficient. Once again THS has come up trumps.

Julie and Johnathon had an instant connection with Billie which reassured me straight away. They provided regular updates and pictures and even took Billie out to the beach for the day.
